Returns are accepted for a full refund for 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable*, but we do not charge a restocking fee.
Please note whether the item is New (resealable), Claimed Defective, or a Core Return. The return address will be on your packing slip, and please be sure to include your order number to ensure a prompt refund.
If you have any questions, PLEASE reach out and we will help get things processed. We try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow 3-4 days after we receive the item. Our warehouses process hundreds of returns a day, as soon as they are checked in they notify our office and we process the refund that same day. We will refund the payment using the same method you used to pay.
If there is an issue with your part fitting the application it is supposed to, PLEASE reach out so we can get to the bottom of the issue. If it is a data or personnel error, we will supply a return shipping label.
